Sean Cullen

With qualifications in planning and law, arts and senior experience in state government, local government and private consultancy in Queensland and the United Kingdom, Sean offers a rare balance of knowledge, skill and insight.
Sean advises on a broad range of planning and development matters and has acted for a diverse range of clients including various levels of government, not for profit organisations, developers, institutional investors and individuals.
Sean has extensive experience in executive planning roles in large, high growth Councils, and has led local government strategic planning and development assessment departments.
Sean is a sought after speaker at events and an active in a number of peak professional bodies, in particular the Planning Institute of Australia and the Queensland Environmental Law Association.
Elizabeth Butterworth

Elizabeth is a planner with a passion for the intersection between governance and the liveability of our urban communities.
Elizabeth has experience across strategic and statutory planning services in the public sector and private sector. She has worked in Development Assessment and in Strategic Planning at Brisbane City Council, and has assisted in the preparation and assessment of a wide range of development applications
Elizabeth has skills outside the planning sphere such as experience in organising planning events, inclusion ofinteractive technology and managing procurement, contracts and producers in the creative space. Reaching out and intel gathering is a strength which is used throughout all her projects and tasks.
Sarah Norman
BA, MURP, GradCertMgt, GAICD
From growing up in the tropical north of Queensland (she has no fear of snakes or spiders), Sarah moved into urban and regional planning in the public and private sector.
Seeking international experience, Sarah studied and worked in the United Kingdom, leading teams in transport policy and program management and delivery. Memorable projects include the London2012 Olympic Games and Crossrail (now the Elizabeth tube line).
Sarah is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds a Graduate Certificate in Management, Master of Urban and Regional Planning and Bachelor of Arts. She is a Prince2 practitioner, MSP® certified, Prosci® Change practitioner, and a Lego® Serious Play® methodology afficionado.
